FAQ
How long will it take to receive my images
Time frames change depending on my booking calendar, however I am a very focus person, so most of the time images are sent within 4 weeks for weddings and about 2 weeks for any other session
How do I get my images
You will receive your images via a private online Gallery through Pixieset. From there you can download your high quality images.
*USB can be added to your package for an extra $10.00
What happens if I need to postpone or cancel my session?
WHY!!! No it is totally ok if you need to cancel or post pone. When you receive your confirmation, there are some T&Cs. Deposit is non-refundable whether you cancel or post pone. All I ask is you give me at least 24 hrs notice for cancellation and 4 hours prior to your session for postpone to a later time or date.
What kind of gear do you use?
Photography isn't always just about the gear, but some people want to ensure they are hiring someone who knows their gear well. I use 2 main lenses (50mm and 24mm) and I am a canon girl. I shoot in Raw meaning when it comes to editing, I can ensure you getting the best images I produce.
Can I get the RAW files
When you hire a photographer, you hire them based on their work that you already see. With that in mind, you won't receive RAW files. Not only are the huge files, you actually need proper software to view them. Plus, you never ask a painter to have the painting early when he isn't finished. Let me edit your images and make them even more stunning.
Are travel fees included in my final price
Every package already has a travel fee in place. So you won't be surprised by any extra costs when you book.
